Minus: ignorance of the Wyndham Rewards program, I have Diamond status, the reception does not know what it is, from the very beginning. As a result, without upgrades, in other hotels around the world they upgrade me to suites with my current status in the hotel program. The complete absence of parking, under the pretext of busy west, they offered to leave the car in the parking lot at the Shopping Center. Recommendations: laundry bag, water and the mini fridge is empty, you must call the reception (the menu is at the reception with the products and prices)
